in prevention and intervention of At-Risk behaviors.
This Resource Library serves an eight-county region which includes Clay, Geary, Marshall, Nemaha,
Pottawatomie, Riley, Wabaunsee and Washington counties.
Our extensive library is available
to anyone needing information regarding substance abuse, violence, delinquency,
school drop-out, teen pregnancy and many other similar topics. All resources are free of charge to borrow. We simply ask that you complete a
library borrowing card in order to track how our resources are being used and be
responsible with the materials.
Individuals who wish to borrow materials from
the Resource Library must register before library privileges can begin. To
obtain a borrowing card, email us at
rpcneks@kansas.net, call us at (785) 587-4372 or stop by our office. The person who signs
the borrowing card is responsible for lost or damaged items. Materials are
